• Once your return request is accepted, it may take up to 7 working days for us to process and ship the replacement product.

💳 Refund Timeline

• For approved returns, we will issue a refund within 10 working days to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

💰 Return Fee

• If the return is not due to our error (e.g., you changed your mind or selected the wrong item), a return handling fee of 30,000 VND will apply.
